Pro-Feel Ltd, welcomes you, as a subscriber (“Subscriber”), to its proprietary Security Asapp application (“Security Asapp”) and its associated emergency response related services (collectively with the Security Asapp, “Services”) subject to these Terms of Use (“Terms” or “Agreement”) and its related Privacy Policy incorporated by reference herein (“Privacy Policy”). By accessing or using any of the Services authorised for your use by the institution licensing the Services from Security Asapp (“Client”), you hereby expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, as well as any additional terms or guidelines applicable to the specific Services you use. All additional terms or guidelines applicable to the specific Services, along with the Privacy Policy, shall be hereby incorporated into these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT USE SECURITY ASAPP OR ANY OTHER SERVICES.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
By registering for and downloading Security Asapp on its mobile phone or other mobile device, a Subscriber will have a means to automatically contact our pool of SIA licensed security officers. If the Subscriber activates Security Asapp in the case of an emergency, the Services are designed to transmit the subscribers location, profile information and access information provided by the subscribers at the time of registration to a pool of SIA licensed Security Guards and the location of Subscriber’s device at the time of such activation (“Location Information”). All of the above-referenced information associated with Subscriber’s mobile phone or other device, including, but not limited to, mobile phone number, Location Information and any other messages, photos and other information submitted by Subscriber in connection with any activation of the Panic Button App are herein collectively referred to as “Subscriber Information”.
Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that, by registering for and downloading the Panic Button App, it consents to be contacted through SMS, email, or voice call via an automated dialer using a pre-recorded message by asapp. The frequency of these messages will depend on how Subscriber uses the Services. Message and data rates may apply.
THIS AGREEMENT is made BETWEEN:
(1) Pro-Feel Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under Company Registration number 10555245; whose registered office is at 20-22 Wenlock Road London N1 7GU. United Kingdom (“the Service Provider”, “Asapp Security”, “Asapp”) and
(2) The “Client”,”Subscriber”
WHEREAS:
(1) The Service Provider is engaged in the business of providing security services, has reasonable skill, knowledge and experience in that field, and is willing to provide Security response 9”the service” to the Client.
(2) In reliance upon that skill, knowledge, and experience the Client wishes to engage the Service Provider to provide Security response services and the Service Provider has agreed to accept the engagement subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
IT IS AGREED as follows:
1.Definitions and Interpretation
1.1 In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings:
“Service(s)”, “The Service”: means services provided by Pro-Feel Ltd such as security response, security services, patrol, crowd control and every feature provided by the mobile application or panic button application tool called “Asapp security” or “Asapp”.
“Security Guard”, ”Security operative”, “Guard”,“Operative”: means a qualified, trained, SIA licenced security guard, Door Supervisor or Close Protection Officer supplied by the Service Provider. The Security Guard shall be either an employee or a sub-contractor of the Service Provider.
“Client”, “Subscriber”: means the company paying the membership for The Service to be provided by Pro-Feel Ltd and its pool of Security Guards. This includes the company director, Manager and employees allowed to use the mobile application in case of emergency.
“The Mobile App” ,“The Security App”, “The panic button app”: means the mobile application tool provided by Pro-Feel Ltd and available for download on the mobile application stores such as Apple store https://apps.apple.com/us/app/security-asapp/id1590853733 and Play store https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=uk.co.asapp.security&gl=GB
“ASAPP”, “Security ASAPP”, “ASAPP Security”: is the name of The Security App provided by Pro-Feel Ltd.
“User(s)”: means Security Guards and Clients using The Mobile Application.
1.2 Words imparting the singular number shall include the plural and vice versa.
1.3 References to any gender shall include the other gender.
2. The Manned Guarding & response Services “The Services”
2.1 The Service Provider shall, throughout the continuance of this Agreement, provide the Services to the Client and the Client shall promptly obtain, maintain and make available all necessary assets, premises and other facilities required for the provision of the Services.
2.2 The Service Provider shall provide the Services described in the Service Level Schedule at the Premises.
2.3 The Service Provider shall supply suitably qualified, trained and SIA licenced Security Guard(s) to carry out the Services. References to “the Service Provider” shall be deemed, where relevant, to include references to the Security Guard(s).
3. Client’s Responsibility
3.1 The Client shall provide the Service Provider with any information reasonably required prior to the commencement of the Services.
3.2 The Client shall provide the Service Provider with full details of any company policies or internal rules and/or procedures to which the Security Guard(s) must adhere during the provision of the Services.
3.3 Each subscriber understands and agrees that services provided by Asapp are not available outside of Greater London and might be restricted in certain areas due to a lack of Security Guards. Each Subscriber understands and agrees that many of the Services provided by Asapp are subscription based-services which are only available if purchased by the Client. Each Subscriber understands and agrees that it is Subscriber’s responsibility to ensure that the Panic Button App is properly installed, configured, and that its mobile phone number is verified by Asapp.
3.4 Prior to the commencement of the Services and in order for the response team to provide the appropriate services, the client shall provide and keep up the date the following information:
3.5 Address and layout of the premises;
3.6 The location of the most appropriate entrance(s) for the security guard to access the premises;
3.7 Details of any and all existing security procedures and security systems currently in place;
3.8 Pictures of the main staff likely to be onsite during the provision of The Services.
3.9 Details of regular incidents.
4. Service Provider’s Workforce
4.1 The Service Provider allows direct recruitments of Security Guards introduced by the Service Provider to the Client only if the following conditions are respected:
4.1.1 The Client shall notify the Service Provider at least one (1) month before signing any agreement with the Security Guard(s),
4.1.2 The Client shall only sign an employment contract with the Security Guard(s),
4.1.3 The Client agrees to pay a one-off fee of £3000 + VAT per Security Guard employed, at the date of signature of the employment contract.
4.1.4 The Service Provider is eligible for this one-off fee even if the position offered is different from Security Guard.
4.2 Unless agreed in writing and/or under the condition of the sub-clause 4.1, the Client undertakes that it shall not, during the period of the contract or within 6 months after its termination either:
4.2.1 Knowingly offer employment to any Security Guard introduced by the Service Provider,
4.2.2 Knowingly employ any firm or company management controlled by such Security Guard and offering a similar service to that provided by the Service Provider,
4.2.3 Should the Client employ directly or via another security company any Security Guard introduced by the Service Provider, Pro-Feel shall be entitled to invoice the Client a one off fee of the value of £6000.
5. Insurance and Liability
The Service Provider shall have in place, for at least the duration of this Agreement, a Public liability insurance and an Employers liability insurance. Details of such insurance can be provided if requested by the Client.
6. Payments
6.1 It is agreed by both parties that at least one of the three memberships on offer and described in terms 6.1.1, 6.1.2 and 6.1.3 on will be paid monthly by bank card, direct debit or bank transfer.
6.1.1 “One Security Asapp” Membership costs £99 + VAT per month. Payment needs to be collected at the beginning of the service and renewed at the same date each month. The membership includes 2 hours of service each month. The emergency response cannot be transferred from one month to another. Emergency response duration is for one hour. Extra hours provided by the same Security Guard or by an additional Security Guard will be charged as follows: for each shift, Hours 1 & 2: £50ph+VAT / Hours 3 to 6: £25ph+VAT / Hours 7 to 12: £20ph+VAT. Duration of intervention is calculated from the arrival of a Security Guard onsite to the end of the intervention (Clients must declare when the intervention is completed by clicking the button on the app). Membership also includes Security alert (“Alert Asapp”) which allows every user, Client and Security Guard, to send an alert for free to the rest of the community of Asapp users."
6.1.2 “Two Security Asapp” Membership costs £129 + VAT per month. Payment needs to be collected at the beginning of the service and renewed at the same date each month. The membership includes 4 hours of service each month. The emergency response cannot be transferred from one month to another. Emergency response duration is for one hour. Extra hours provided by the same Security Guard or by an additional Security Guard will be charged as follows: for each shift, Hours 1 & 2: £50ph+VAT / Hours 3 to 6: £25ph+VAT / Hours 7 to 12: £20ph+VAT. Duration of intervention is calculated from the arrival of a Security Guard onsite to the end of the intervention (Clients must declare when the intervention is completed by clicking the button on the app). Membership also includes Security alert (“Alert Asapp”) which allows every user, Client and Security Guard, to send an alert for free to the rest of the community of Asapp users."
6.1.3 “Three Security Asapp” Membership costs £159 + VAT per month. Payment needs to be collected at the beginning of the service and renewed at the same date each month. The membership includes 2 (hours) of service each month. The emergency response cannot be transferred from one month to another. Emergency response duration is for one hour. Extra hours provided by the same Security Guard or by an additional Security Guard will be charged as follows: for each shift, Hours 1 & 2: £50ph+VAT / Hours 3 to 6: £25ph+VAT / Hours 7 to 12: £20ph+VAT. Duration of intervention is calculated from the arrival of a Security Guard onsite to the end of the intervention (Clients must declare when the intervention is completed by clicking the button on the app). Membership also includes Security alert (“Alert Asapp”) which allows every user, Client and Security Guard, to send an alert for free to the rest of the community of Asapp users.”
6.2 The Services will be inactive if the payment is not received in due time.
6.3 Memberships can be cancelled and renewed at any time and will only be active during the monthly period that has been paid in advance.
7. Limitation
7.1 You understand that Asapp is not able to locate all mobile phones and that this ability will depend on factors such as telephone service provider, local network and satellite limitations, individual device settings or device limitations. You further understand and agree that not all SIA Security Guards have access to the services and that Security Guards might decline your Emergency call.
7.2 Security Asapp is expecting every Security Guards to be using their SIA training to comply with the industry standards and laws. Security Asapp cannot control the manner in which responses are provided by the Security Guards and rely on Clients feedback and rating to only retain the best Security Guards.
7.3 Each subscriber understands and agrees that participation in services does not constitute an agreement between you and any Security Guard.
7.4 You understand and agree that you will not rely on the services as the sole means to resolve anti-social behaviours.
7.5 You understand and agree that the services provided by Asapp are not a substitution to the services provided by local authorities. The service cannot and does not replace, and are not intended to replace emergency calls dedicated to Police, Fire brigade or Ambulance nor do the services replace the need for you to place a call to 9-9-9 in the event of an emergency.
7.6 You understand and agree that Asapp does not have control over the networks and equipment used by Clients and by Security Guards.
7.7 Asapp is linking Self Employed SIA Security Guards with Clients in need for security services. All subscribers understand and agree that Asapp and Pro-Feel disclaim any and all liability, whether raised by a third party or otherwise, for any and all reasons, including but not limited to personal injury, death or loss, infringement, invasion of privacy, property damage, and interruption of business, to any subscriber, which may result from the use or any errors or omissions of the services, or failure by the Security Guard to meet any duty.
8. Cancellation policy
8.1 Canceling an Emergency Call once the panic button is pressed: The Client can only cancel the Emergency call before a Security Guard has accepted the call. Once the call is accepted , Client will have to wait for the Security guard to arrive on site to then terminate the intervention and the first hour will be deducted to the monthly allowance or charged at £50+VAT.
8.2 Cancelling your membership: Memberships can be cancelled and renewed at any time without notice or cancellation fees. the service will still be provided until the end of the prepaid monthly period. The mobile application can remain on the mobile phone but the panic button will be deactivated.
9. Severance
9.1 The Parties agree that, in the event that one or more of the provisions of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, that / those provisions shall be deemed severed from the remainder of this Agreement. The remainder of this Agreement shall be valid and enforceable.
9.2 Pro-Feel reserves the right to modify any portion of these Terms or the Privacy Policy at any time by posting the revised Terms here. Your continued use of any of the Services following any such posting constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Privacy Policy.
10. Law and Jurisdiction
10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.
10.2 Any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim between the Parties relating to this Agreement shall fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT USE SECURITY ASAPP OR ANY OTHER SERVICES.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
By downloading Security Asapp on his mobile phone or other mobile device and completing the full registration, a Security Guard will have a mean to join our pool of SIA licensed Security Guards (Including Security Guards, Door Supervisors, Close Protection Operatives) and accept to be contacted by Security Asapp Clients, likely to be businesses including but not limited to retails, bars, restaurants, hotels, offices, warehouses, off licence shops, Pharmacy. If the Client activates Security Asapp in the case of an emergency, Security Asapp will send a push notification and/or a phone call to all Security Guards located in a few miles radius around the Client area. Several Security Guards can accept the call but, after 2 minutes from the initial call, only the number of Security guards requested by the Client and the closest Security Guards to the Client will be confirmed for the intervention.
In the case of an emergency Security Asapp might share Client’s confidential information such as mobile device location, name, photos, contact details and access information. The Security Guard’s mobile device might record audio and video evidence of the intervention. All information collected about Clients, other Security Guards and/ or members of the public are strictly confidential and can only be shared as part of an incident report safely stored by Pro-Feel Ltd and with local authority if required.
Security Guards acknowledge and agree that, by registering for and downloading Security AsApp, they consent to be contacted through push notifications, SMS, email, or voice call. The frequency of these messages will depend on how Subscribers use the Services. Message and data rates may apply.

(1) The Service Provider is engaged in the business of providing security services, has reasonable skill, knowledge and experience in that field, and is willing to provide Security response to Asapp Clients.
(2) In reliance upon that skill, knowledge, and experience the Security Guard wishes to offer security response services to Asapp Clients subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. The Manned Guarding & response Services
2.1 Pro-Feel Ltd shall, throughout the continuance of this Agreement, provide the Services to the Client and the Client shall promptly obtain, maintain and make available all necessary assets and information required for the provision of the Services.
2.2 Pro-Feel Ltd shall provide the maintenance of Security Asapp and ensure that information communicated by Clients are clearly shared with Security Guards.
2.3 Pro-Feel Ltd shall store information about Clients and Security Guards safely and shall not share any confidential information unless it is required by local authorities or if the parties concerned have provided their written agreement
2.4 Security Guards should not consider the acceptance of their registration as an employment or as a commitment to provide a minimum number of hours.
3. Security Guard’s Responsibility
3.1 Security Guards must hold a valid Door Supervisor, Security Guard or Close protection SIA Licence.
3.2 Security Guards must have their SIA Badge visible during interventions.
3.3 Security Guards must announce that the intervention is captured by Audio and Video when engaging with Clients and members of the public.
3.4 Security Guards must use skills taught during their SIA training to diffuse situations, protect Clients and Members of Public, and report evidence of the incident. Security Guards are not allowed to restrain members of the public, use physical force or verbal abuse during interventions.
3.5 Security Guards must accept an intervention only if they are willing to deliver the best service possible and support Clients in need.
3.6 Security Guards must provide the response as fast as possible and in a professional manner.
3.7 Security Guards must not consider Security Asapp as their employer or expect a minimum number of hours.
3.8 Security Guard must be registered as Self employed and take care of their personal tax filing and payment.
3.9 In order to complete the mission, the Security Guard must carefully fill incident reports at the end of every intervention.
3.10 In order to increase the chances of a successful communication between Security Asapp and the Security Guards, Security Guard must update Security Asapp when required and ensure that the setting of the mobile phone allows security Asapp to make calls, record audio, record videos and send push notifications.
3.11 Security Guards must provide the most accurate information regarding their identity, status of their SIA licence and current address.
3.12 In order to reduce the risk of identity frauds or misuse, payments can only be made by bank transfer in a bank account matching the name of the identification document, such as passport or driving licence, and the name on the SIA.
3.13 Registration in Security Asapp can only be granted when the identification document matches the name on the SIA Licence. Proof of address will also be required.
3.14 Each Subscriber understands and agrees that it is Subscriber’s responsibility to ensure that the Panic Button App is properly installed, configured, and that its mobile phone number is verified by Asapp.
4. Insurance and Liability
Pro-Feel Ltd shall have in place, for at least the duration of this Agreement, a Public liability insurance and an Employers liability insurance. Details of such insurance can be provided if requested by the Client.
5. Payments
5.1 Security Guards will be paid for each shift: £22.8 per hour for the first two hours of services / £11.4 from hour 3 to hour 6 / £9.1 from hour 7 to hour 12. (For example if a shift if the total number of hour for a shift is 10h, Security Guard will be paid (£22.8x2)+(£11.4x4)+(£9.1x4)= £127.4
5.2 Start time is the time when Security Guards arrive at the Clients site and end time is when the Client presses the end of intervention button. Security Guards must remind the Client to press the end of intervention button when the intervention is completed. Extra time will be paid according to the nearest half an hour at the same rate. (ie: 1h20mn intervention will be paid 1.5h x £22.8 = £34.3 / 1h10mn intervention will be paid 1h x £22.8= £22.8)
5.3 Pro-Feel Ltd will proceed with a bank transfer within 7 days of the completion of the intervention.
5.4 Intervention is considered completed when Clients press the end of intervention and Security Guard fill the incident report and allow audio and video evidence to be uploaded in Pro-Feel ltd secured database.
5.5 Payment can only be transferred in British pound (£, GBP) into a UK bank account with full name matching the name of the SIA Licence and the identification documents of the Security Guard.
5.6 Security Guards must be registered with HMRC as self-employed and are responsible for their own tax registration, filing and payments.
6. Limitation
6.1 You understand that Asapp is not able to locate all mobile phones and that this ability will depend on factors such as telephone service provider, local network and satellite limitations, individual device settings or device limitations. You further understand and agree that emergency calls are sent to all Asapp users and that, until the intervention is confirmed, the call might be cancelled or allocated to another Security Guards.
6.2 Security Asapp is expecting every Security Guards to be using their SIA training to comply with the industry standards and laws. Security Asapp cannot control the manner in which responses are provided by Security Guards and rely on Clients feedback and rating to only retain the best Security Guards.
6.3 Security Asapp is allowed to remove Security Guards profiles from its pool of Security Guards if feedback from Clients are repetitively negative or concerning, if the SIA licence is no longer valid, if the information provided are not matching or seems inaccurate, if any of the terms of this agreement is not respected by the Security Guard.
6.4 Each Security Guard understands and agrees that participation in services does not constitute an agreement between you and any Client. Clients will be reviewing the service provided and Security Guards acknowledge that feedback and rating can be negative, Security Guard should not approach Clients directly to address a complaint about feedback or comments in the incident report and should contact Security Asapp support team to mediate any concern or incident.
6.5 Security Guards will be informed of which Client is requesting a response and are allowed to refuse emergency calls if they don’t believe they can deliver the service required.
6.6 You understand and agree that you will not rely on Security Asapp as the sole means to generate income.
6.7 You understand and agree that the services provided by Asapp are not a substitution to the services provided by local authorities. The service cannot and does not replace, and are not intended to replace emergency calls dedicated to Police, Fire brigade or Ambulance nor do the services replace the need for you and/or Clients to place a call to 9-9-9 in the event of an emergency that cannot be dealt with by a Security Guard.
6.8 You understand and agree that Asapp does not have control over the networks and equipment used by Clients and by Security Guards.

All subscribers understand and agree that Asapp and Pro-Feel disclaim any and all liability, whether raised by a third party or otherwise, for any and all reasons, including but not limited to personal injury, death or loss, infringement, invasion of privacy, property damage, and interruption of business, to any subscriber, which may result from the use or any errors or omissions of the services, or failure by the Security Guard to meet any duty.
7. Cancellation policy
7.1 Clients Cancelling an Emergency Call once the panic button is pressed: The Client can only cancel the Emergency call before a Security Guard has accepted the call. Once the call is accepted , Client will have to wait for the Security guard to arrive on site to then terminate the intervention and the first hour will be paid to the Security Guard.
7.2 Security Guards cancelling an intervention once the job has been approved: Security Guards can cancel an intervention before arriving on Clients site but this may leave Clients in a sensitive position and delay our ability to deliver the best response possible. Cancelling repetitively can lead to a warning from Security Asapp and several warnings may lead to the removal of a Security Guard account.
7.3 Cancelling your Security Guard profile: Security Guards are allowed to remove themselves from the platform at any time and without justification. Any outstanding payment will still be paid and options to create a new account in the future will remain possible.
8. Severance
8.1 The Parties agree that, in the event that one or more of the provisions of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, that / those provisions shall be deemed severed from the remainder of this Agreement. The remainder of this Agreement shall be valid and enforceable.
8.2 Pro-Feel reserves the right to modify any portion of these Terms or the Privacy Policy at any time by posting the revised Terms here. Your continued use of any of the Services following any such posting constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Privacy Policy.

You, as a subscriber, acknowledge and agree that by registering for and downloading the Security Asapp mobile application and any other services, you provide consent to release all subscriber information to the Security Asapp admin centre. Your Subscriber Information might be transferred to its pool of Sia Security Guards in accordance with the specific services opted in by Subscriber.
In this Privacy Policy, we have provided detailed information on when and why we collect your personal data; how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.
Confidential informations
Under this agreement, Confidential Informations must include, Name, Address, Picture, Access Information, Incident reports, Audio recording of an intervention, Video recording of an intervention, name of people involved in the incident and any information communicated by users for the purpose of delivering the services.
Each Party undertakes that, it shall, at all times during the continuance of this Agreement and for 5 years after its termination:
● keep confidential all Confidential Information;
● not disclose any Confidential Information to any other party;
● not use any Confidential Information for any purpose other than as contemplated by and
subject to the Asapp’s terms and conditions;
● not make any copies of, record in any way or part with possession of any Confidential
Information;
Either Party may disclose any Confidential Information to:
● any employee, sub-contractor or supplier of that Party;
● any governmental or other authority or regulatory body; or
● Either party may use any Confidential Information for any purpose, or disclose it to any other
person, to the extent only that it is at the date of this Agreement, or at any time after that date becomes public knowledge.
The provisions of this Clause shall continue in force in accordance with their terms, notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement for any reason.
Subscriber Information and Maintenance
As a subscriber, you understand and accept full legal responsibility for the content, accuracy, and sufficiency of all information. All subscriber information is subject to Asapp’s then-current Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that you are eighteen years of age or older.
Subscriber understands and agrees that Asapp reserves the right to validate subscriptions, through means of its own choosing, which may include calling and/or sending Subscribers SMS text messages. As a Subscriber, you agree that ASAPP may contact you to validate the phone number(s) you register with ASAPP’s databases.
It is the subscriber’s responsibility to correct informations when the information provided is or becomes inaccurate.
CREATING ANY INTENTIONALLY MISLEADING SUBSCRIBER INFORMATION IS POTENTIALLY A CRIME AND IS GROUNDS FOR TERMINATION OF SERVICES.
You understand and agree that it is solely your responsibility to take appropriate precautions to ensure that your Subscriber phone number is not used by any unauthorized person to register for and download the Panic Button App.
You understand and agree that once the content of your Subscriber Information is made available to Designated Client Recipients, it may be transmitted to Asapp admin centre and database and shared with our pool of security Guards only in case of emergency when subscribers press the panic button.
Security guards are not allowed to share such information, Audio and Video recorded by the device of the Security Guards and Clients are uploaded into Asapp’s database and can only be released if required by local authorities as part of an official investigation.
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE AND HEREBY AUTHORISE ASAPP TO RELEASE AND DISCLOSE YOUR SUBSCRIBER INFORMATION, AUDIO RECORDING, VIDEO RECORDING, NAME OF THE SECURITY OPERATIVE, DATE OF THE EMERGENCY CALL, TIME OF EMERGENCY CALL, DURATION OF THE INTERVENTION, LOCATION OF THE INTERVENTION AND INCIDENT REPORTS FROM THE SECURITY OFFICERS AND FROM THE SUBSCRIBER, ONLY TOLOCALAUTHORITYANDONLYIFREQUIREDBYSUCHLOCALAUTHORITYASPART OF AN OFFICIAL INVESTIGATION.
Depending upon the circumstances, Asapp will act as either a:
“data controller” (e.g. where you have provided your information directly to us)
“data processor” (e.g. where your information has been provided to us by you or your
employer as a Customer of Asapp).
In each case, Asapp will process (collect, store and use) personal data in a manner compatible with our obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We will endeavour to keep the personal data accurate, up-to-date, and not keep it for longer than is necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or complying with any of our legal or contractual obligations, including those relating to our statutory and regulatory obligations and our financial, business or tax affairs.
Types of personal data that we collect
We might collect your name, title, where you work, phone number, email address, or mailing address, access details for your premises, your mobile phone location when you press the panic button. We may also be provided with other types of personal data under our contracts with our Customers.
How we use the information collected
Information collected or provided will enable us to deliver our services, operate our business and of course, communicate with you.
This may include:
● checking your identity and validating that you are entitled to use our products and services
● providing a product or service to you
● identifying persons who have expressed an interest in our products and services and tailoring
our communications to you.
Operations
Personal data provided by our Subscribers enables us to comply with the customer contract. All data is processed solely in accordance with the directions provided by the applicable customer.
In the course of providing a personal safety service (for instance, in an emergency situation) we may need to pass your personal data onto contracted third-party service providers such as self employed SIA licensed Security Guards, as well as to the Emergency Services. Any third parties that we share personal data with are obliged to keep your details securely, and to use them only to fulfil the service required at the time. When they no longer need your data to fulfil this service, we require them to dispose of the details.
Communications
We use the personal data collected for various reasons:
to tell you about the information you’ve asked us to tell you about
to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information
to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and
satisfied.
We may also use personal data to provide you with information on our products and services that we think may be of interest to you. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.

We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We may use products to analyse traffic to our website (such as Google Analytics) in order to understand our visitors’ needs and to continually improve the performance of our website. The Google AdWords tool is used to provide us with statistics relating to the use of our website and show you advertisements for our products and services which we think may be of interest to you as you browse other websites. Yes. At your request, Asapp can confirm what personal data we hold about you and how it is processed. Please note, that if your personal data has been provided to us by a Customer e.g. your employer, we may notify them of your request. (Please also note that, subject to the terms of our contracts with our Customers, we do not accept any obligation to retain personal data and we may delete it from our systems at any time)

What forms of ID will I need to provide in order to access this?
Asapp accepts the following forms of ID when information relating to your personal data is requested: Passport, driving licence. Security guards are asked to provide the picture of their SIA license, picture of their Passport or Driving License, proof of address and payment are only made into a bank account with matching firstname and surname. This is to reduce the chances of illegal usage of the services. All information is processed by the Asapp admin centre before granting authorisation of usage.
